ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I understand that I will be charged by MacMillan Interactive Communications, LLC for this service upon purchase. This charge may appear as MACMILLANIN on a credit/debit card statement.
* I understand that this subscription only works with the specific Classic Movies and TV Premium app, in addition to allowing me to watch in my web browser. I understand that this Premium App is separate from the individual app I may have been previously using when I saw the commercial for this service. I understand that I must install the specific Premium App provided to me when I subscribe and then activate it with my unique Auth Code in order to watch this content.
* I understand that I will receive an email titled "Welcome to ClassicMoviesandTV.com" with details about my account and subscription. This email will contain links to install the Premium App on the platform of my choice (Roku, Amazon Fire, iOS, or Android). It may take 10 minutes or more to receive this email. This email may be delivered to my spam or junk folder, and it is my responsibility to check these folders in case it doesn't appear in my Inbox.
* I understand that if I subscribe monthly, I will be charged an initial fee of $5.99 by MacMillan Interactive Communications, LLC when I subscribe. Then every 30 days thereafter, I will be charged an additional $5.99 subscription fee. I understand that all sales are final.
* I understand that if I subscribe yearly, I will be charged an initial fee of $57.50 ($4.79 per month for 12 months) when I subscribe by MacMillan Interactive Communications, LLC and then the same annual yearly fee for each year I remain subscribed.
* I understand that I may cancel my recurring subscription fee when I no longer want to subscribe. I may cancel at any time before the next renewal through my online account or by emailing support@classicmoviesandtv.com from the email address associated with my account.
* I understand that if I cancel, I am only canceling the next billing cycle. I understand that if I subscribe yearly and then cancel early before the end of my yearly billing cycle, I will not be refunded for any unused months that may be left over in my billing cycle. I understand that if I subscribe monthly and then cancel early before the end of my monthly billing cycle, I will not be refunded for any unused days that may be left over in my billing cycle.
* I understand that if I have any service or billing issues related to this subscription and premium channel, I am to contact the ClassicMoviesandTV.com support team either through my account or by emailing support@classicmoviesandtv.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid subscription, or making false claims to any payment processor, is a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund. You agree not to reverse charges or submit false allegations without first contacting us to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Southern California.
